As a Certified YPO Forum Facilitator (CFF) since 2022, I work with Forums and Chapters throughout the EMEA region to deliver high-impact trainings and facilitate retreats that strengthen connections, challenge the status quo, and help members uncover aspects of themselves that they were previously unaware of.
Forum Trainings
Jacqueline is certified to deliver Forum trainings for members at every stage – from those new to Forum (Forum Fundamental), to those preparing for the Moderator role (Forum Moderator and Leadership Development), all the way to experienced Moderators seeking advanced tools and refined strategies to elevate their Forum experience (Next Level Moderator).
Forum Tune-ups
All Forums encounter challenges that can disrupt momentum and limit the group’s growth and development. Forum Supercharge workshops are designed to address exactly this.
Through a thorough assessment process that includes one-to-one conversations with the Moderator and each Forum member, Jacqueline develops a clear understanding of the group’s current dynamics and identifies the key challenges and opportunities for growth.
Based on these insights, she selects targeted exercises and interventions to address difficulties, restore psychological safety, and re-establish the conditions for deep, honest, and transformative conversations.
Forum Retreats
Forum Retreats offer the opportunity to step away from the demands of everyday life and create space for deeper reflection, meaningful connection, and conversations that extend beyond regular Forum meetings. Jacqueline would be happy to work with you to identify the retreat topic that would bring the greatest value to your Forum.
The Science of Strong Relationships is designed for Forums who want to explore the science behind what makes intimate relationships thrive.
Participants gain insight into their own relational style, learn how small shifts in habits and communication can create meaningful, positive change and discover practical ways to strengthen their connection. Strong relationships are not built by chance — they are built through intention, understanding, and skill.
“The retreat helped me recognize patterns I had never questioned before and gave me practical tools to communicate with more empathy, awareness, and intention. It changed the way I relate to my partner — and honestly, to myself as well.”
Keeping Love Alive is a workshop for couples in long-term relationships who want to reconnect, strengthen intimacy, and keep their relationship vibrant through the challenges of everyday life.
Through practical tools and guided exercises, couples will learn how to rekindle curiosity, playfulness and attraction, and bring renewed intention into their partnership.
“This workshop helped us reconnect in ways we hadn’t in years. We left feeling closer, more understood, and excited about our relationship again.”
Note: These Retreats can be designed for Forums where one partner attends — but they become even more powerful (and fun!) when experienced together in a Couple Retreat.
The Honest Mirror: A 360° Leadership Retreat. This retreat offers a 360° appraisal experience for Forum members who want to better understand how they are perceived by others. Participants will reflect on how they see themselves, share how they believe they are experienced by others, and receive open, constructive feedback from their Forum peers.
This process builds greater self-awareness, strengthens leadership effectiveness, and supports more authentic and impactful relationships within the Forum.
“I expected it to be challenging, and it was—but in the best possible way. The feedback I received was both validating and stretching, it helped me uncover some important blind spots and gave me clear direction for how to grow.”
Explore your Internal Saboteurs is an interactive workshop based on the Positive Intelligence framework developed by Shirzad Chamine. Even highly successful leaders can be limited by hidden mental patterns that fuel stress, conflict, perfectionism, or over-control.
In this session, Forum members identify their core “Saboteurs” — the automatic inner patterns that quietly undermine performance, relationships, and leadership effectiveness. Through guided reflection and practical tools, participants develop greater self-awareness and learn to respond to challenges with more clarity and resilience.
